Discuss your special storage and design needs.

PRELIMINARY DESIGN & PROPOSAL
We will take the ideas from our initial meeting and create a design for you based on your needs.
We will put together a proposal based on the preliminary design
We will call or e-mail you to set up a meeting to go over the preliminary design & proposal.
Please note, the cabinet proposal does not include installation. We do have several installers that we work with and are happy to help you coordinate the installation of your cabinets.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT MEETING
We will go over the preliminary design and proposal with you and make notes of any changes to the needs previously discussed.
Any special door samples needing to be ordered will be ordered at this time.
We are happy to collaborate with you using the“Ideabooks” section of our Houzz profile. You can find it by clicking here.
We will set up a time to come and do job-site measurements to verify that we have accurate dimensions before ordering the cabinets.
JOB-SITE MEASURE
Please note that all interior framing and plumbing rough-ins should be completed before we come out to measure.
We will come to your job-site with the approved floor plan to double check for accuracy in measurements.
We will check room dimensions, window and door locations and sizes and look for any other obstacles that may affect the design.
FINAL DESIGN & APPROVAL OF FINAL PROPOSAL
We will finalize the plan based on the site measurements and set up a time to meet with you to review the final plan and approve finish samples.
We will ask for a signed copy of the final proposal and a 50% deposit will be required before cabinets can be ordered.
At this time, you will receive drawings of the floor plan, elevations, and 3D renderings of your design.
We will order the cabinets that have been approved at our final meeting.
Once the order has been acknowledged by the cabinet company (usually within a week of ordering) we will let you know the estimated delivery date.
Once the cabinet order has been placed it is usually not possible to make changes to the design. If changes need to be made there may be additional charges added to the final invoice and may significantly delay your project.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
You will be notified the week before your cabinets arrive at our showroom.
We will send out the final invoice the week before the cabinets are due to arrive and final payment will be due upon receipt of the cabinets to our showroom.
Cabinets will be checked off when delivered to our showroom and checked off again when delivered to the job-site to ensure that all cabinets have been received and have not been damaged during transportation.
We will call you to set up a time when we can deliver the cabinets to your job-site.
Cabinets will be delivered in the original factory boxes to protect the cabinets in transition.
We are typically able to hold cabinets at our facilities if needed, but we recommend that cabinets be installed as soon after delivery as possible.
FINAL DETAILS
It is not uncommon to have unexpected issues arise when cabinets are being installed. It is our hope that we can keep these issues to a minimum by being as detailed as possible during the design process before your cabinets are ordered. However, if issues arise, we will do our best to solve them with you in a timely manner.
Please let us know of any damages or issues as soon as possible so we can take care of them right away.
It is always exciting for us to get to share finished cabinet and granite jobs with our future clients by sharing photos of your space on our Houzz Profile, Website and Facebook Page. After a project is finished, you might get a call to set up a date when we can have a professional photographer come and take photos of your finished space.
A happy customer is our greatest goal! We want you to enjoy the experience of creating a space that works for you and your family. We also hope that a happy customer will lead to more happy customers. You can help us help others by leaving us a review on our Houzz Profile. Keep an eye out for a review request once the project has been finalized.
